All the "easily reversible" window decorations/actions should probably do 
this, except for the Close button which should *not* do this. Mis-clicks on

Speaking of Fitt's Law, here's an idea. How about making the first 1 pixel 
line of the screen show the current window's menu bar when the right mouse 
button is held down. Basically like AmigaOS did it years ago. So action would 
be: jam the mouse to the top of the screen, hold and drag the RMB and select 
the menu item and release. I mean this in addition to the current default of 
having menubars displayed in windows. Both could be available without getting 
in the way. Sort of like the way now how scrollbars have 3 arrows, good 
usability but at the same time not requiring anyone to change any habits 
(i.e. moving to the opposite end of the scrollbar to use the other arrow).
