Here are some of my suggestions:

1. All styles have a configurable title bar height to allow for fonts of 
varying sizes.  Some currently clip the font if it is too large.

2. All styles have configurable frame sizes.  Some of the current styles have 
what appears to be a about a 1 pixel frame width, making it nearly impossible 
to resize the window -- there is little to click on and no visual cue.  This 
is pretty silly.
