I couldn't agree more.

I middle-click very often on links and I don't know how many hundred times a misclick \
caused a search on google for something completely stupid. Since most mice use the \
wheel as 3rd button, it can happen that the weel scrolls the page just a fraction of \
a second before the click gets registered - thus missing the link and sending \
whatever is in the clipboard to Google. Another thing that can happen is that a page \
is loaded, but the stylesheet for that page is delayed. - You middle-click on that \
link, but a small moment before that the stylesheet arrives, all the font sizes \
change, the links move away - and yet another useless query on Google.

I would estimate that this happens about 1 in 20 times for me - almost every day.

I'd be very happy if this could be turned off.

Roland
