Hi, one funky feature of some Gnome apps, notably Gedit is a drop down list
right next to the `open' toolbar button that lists recently used files. With
the large size of the Gnome toolbar buttons though, this looks a little
bulky.

How about implementing something similar in KDE, but instead of relying on a
separate drop down list, a long click on the toolbar button (a la
back/forward toolbar buttons in Konquerer) would display a list.

With `Open' it could display the last 5 opened files.
With `Save' it could display the last 5 directories a file was saved to.

Also, it'd be pretty cool to be able to integrate Klipper into the paste
button. i.e. a long click displaying the last 5 copied items. Klipper would
still be necessary in Kicker for Gnome/other toolkit programs though.

screenshot attached.

Any comments or feedback?
