I don't have the time nor expertise to write a good well rounded document
stating the ten or so categories and what should and shouldn't go in each
category and why. Does User Manager go in System Administration or KDE
Components, or even Security & Privacy? There are bound to be new components
from either inside KDE or outside KDE and so there should be a doc written
out explaining what goes where. This document will of course generate quite
a bit of discusion (on this list especially), but hopefully it will get to a
state where all agree it is sorted the best.

Yup, network settings (in kdenonbeta). Does it go in Internet and Network or
System Administration?

Why is Paths in System Administration when it only deals with the local user
and not the system? Shouldn't it be in KDE Components?

Why is Date & Time in System administration when the "Region & Accessibility"
description says that it does time settings? Time certently is Region
specific...

Taking a look through all of the System Administration folder it could be
eliminated entirely and each of the components could (should?) go into other
folders.

But again the reason for all of this confusion is that there isn't a full
blown doc specifying what goes where and why. That is why I (and I wont be
the last) was looking for it.
