Suggestion for how to solve this: When someone move a file to the current 
directory, the "copy/move/link menu" is displayed when the user drops it. 
After selecting the action, another menu has to be showed when it isn't sure 
which map the user means. This second menu could have the following entries: 

Execute action in:
   Current visible map
   <map_where_it's_dropped>
