the best way to ensure that these concerns don't simply dissapear into
oblivion is to:

 a) writen up a report using the usability XML DTD and post it where we can
get to it (and thereby post it somewhere we can all get to it later)
 b) submit bug reports (including wishlist items) for the appropriate items

if you decide to embark on point "A", you may want to collect some additional
data if possible.. i don't use kppp at all, so i took a quick look at it
tonight and noticed things like when you select to create a new account you
are asked if you want the wizard or "dialog" setup. i really don't know how
many average users will grok what a "dialog setup" is (perhaps "Manual"
instead of "Dialog"?) ...

these are really, really easy to add... anyone can do it, even if you aren't a
programmer. if you compile from source and are interested in a short HOWTO
(it's just a couple of steps) i'd be happy to oblige...
