If this works like Mozilla's, the answer you seek is 3.  3 fields to change, 
one of which being optional.

Leave a quick comment in the "Additional Comments" box as to why the bug is 
invalid.

Select "Resolve bug", which is the second radio item.

Next to this, change the resolve type to "Invalid".

Okay, so I left the bit about logging in out of the above steps.

Umm, now I gots a question.  What in the wide wide world of sports does this 
have to do with KDE Usability??
