(Coming in later again). I actually see you point here, and it's a good one, 
but I think that learnability and "ease of use", as Aaron points out, is more 
important than pure "correctness" as such. I think an improvement would be to 
rename "Internet and Network" to just plain "Network". This would leave "Web 
Browser" and "Network" on the top level and avoids the fuzziness people have 
between the concepts the "internet" and the "web".
