i knew you'd say that ;-)

but i wonder if the mental coupling is as tight between window decos and 
window placement and panel background and panel positioning... oh well...

we can try it with the panel apearance in the A&T section.. needs a new name, 
obviously. panel appearance? ick... it has icon zooming[1], tooltips[1], 
button tiles and background on it... hm... nasty combo of functionality and 
look, actually... 

any suggestions?


[1] please don't ask me to move these. it really don't fit in with the other 
panel pages
