What about making an aditional wizard to the control center. No replacema=
nt  -=20
only aditional.=20

something like:
www.in.tum.de/~held/step1.png

now suppose someone selects look & feel:
www.in.tum.de/~held/step2.png
www.in.tum.de/~held/step3.png
www.in.tum.de/~held/step4.png
www.in.tum.de/~held/step5.png

Of course, this would require some work. So for kde3.2 rather unlikely. B=
