as long as we don't seperate them along too fine of lines. info, 
components/apps, desktop, and admin might be good sets. this could be merged 
directly into kcontrol itself even with some creative redesign... perhaps a 
set of large icons across the top of the window, one for each section.

and then when your khtml is misconfigured you are SOL. not to mention the 
annoyance of starting up konquero, clicking a choice, and only THEN getting 
to work. 

it should be a seperate, stand-alone app.
