Style instead of set would be easier, I think, because it allows a 
parallel:

Theme = Widget Style + KWin Style + Icon Style + Color Style

Why style over some other word?  Style's an embedded term for Widgets.  
KWin plugins get called many different names.  Icons currently get called 
a confusing name.  Color might as well be drawn along for consistency.
