I don't particularly like the idea of a grimacing face telling me, "You bad
boy, you got it wrong. Do it again, or you don't get a cookie."

I also don't think a game-like tutorial would be seen as particular
professional. Some older users would be put off by it (I know I certainly
would and I'm not that old ;) and not continue with the tutorial. So then
they struggle on their own and end up with a bad impression of KDE. I
really think this would be best done in in a simple, professional style that
clearly explains how things work with diagrams and _maybe_ animations if
really necessary. A game-like tutorial to KDE may be a good idea for kids,
but definitely not for any serious user.

Another thing is that a complicated tutorial system like this is going to
take a lot of effort and I think we really need this "Introduction To KDE"
sooner rather than later.

Ciao,
Gordon

I don't mean an annoying paperclip like in the office-suite, but the
assistant
has to be fixed in an area(e.g. a square at the right top of the
tutorial-dialog) Maybe the best is only a face of a penguin, woman, man,...
that makes expressions. These expressions are to support the user(to say
that he do the lessons good/bad/...
