Evaluations of the clipboard have proven to be subjective.  Some people 
find 3.0 unusable, some people found 2.0 unusable.

If the focus-stealing feature of klipper is disabled by default then it is 
just a harmless 22 pixels in kicker, and there's no reason to remove it.
