It would be nice to have mouse modifier keys to be able to launch secondary
actions all throughout KDE, like launching HTML files for editing instead of
viewing, or being able to choose to open a Word document in OpenOffice or
AbiWord using a keystroke.  I think of this feature all the time using MP3
playlists in a QuickLauncher.

I think you should do it kdelibs so it applies everywhere.
