What's a little more on-topic is that Carnegie Mellon U has masters/doctorate 
level programs for Usability.  They ask for a portfolio.  I'm not exactly 
quite sure what you're supposed to put in a portfolio to demonstrate 
usability.  Sample UI's, research papers, and programs you've done??

Anyway, I *did* post this on the wrong list so. :)
