Well the desktop-style manager(page2) and the desktop-theme manager (page4)
should be putt in a extra .cpp file so they can be implemented by an kcm
module. However, both are too incomplete to be worth it. If they are finished
we can think about a new look & feel section. Double work should be avoided,
though.

A tutorial would be needed to be maintained. For maintaining convinience it
should be in html. I think Mandrake has made an online tutorial sometime ago.
The last page of kpersonalizer could load the khtml part. If someone is
really interested in making a tutorial and maintaining it, I will look at the
code.
