I'd like to learn as well.

I seriously think someone should give an online course in KDE Programming with 
Emphasis on Usability.  A supplimentary course would be "How to set up your 
development environment to develop in KDE".  I barely know how to use CVS 
(but I'm learning it...!).  A little more of a concern are the rules of 
etiquitte when submitting things for review, or for changing code, and 
what-not.
