The Wiki actually works quite nicely for this, but usage of it has died 
because of the unbearable lag of the server it is on. Troels, do you still 
think you can host it? If not, I'll get in touch with bero and ask him to set 
up the httpd.conf file on the current usability.kde.org server for TWiki.
