i alrady have those RMB menus in place for TOM. just need to provide the 
proper code back end.

i'll be working on all these things this weekend.

unless when dragging the menu's opened up under the mouse.

i tried doing this, but there are some inherent limitations in QPopupMenu tat 
appear to be standing in the way. i may be able to get around this with a 
custom mouse event filter, so we'll see.
