IMHO your colors are nice, why not make them default?

Gioele Barabucci already started removing KPassivePopup from apps in order to 
delay popups until 3.2 (feature freeze for 3.1 is July 1st), you may need to 
coordinate this with him. See also the thread on kde-devel.
