yes, that's what the "Modify the Above Tasks" menu item in TOM will eventually
do. and it will work for both user defined and system-wide task groups. this
is the reason for the TaskGroups entry in kickerrc.

if it does go into the kcm, it will indeed require extending the available
menus listview in some way ...
