hi everyone...

so ... the extensions tab is no more.

in its place the kcm now intelligently handles extensions on the Arrangement
(previously Position) and Hiding tabs... sizing controls respond to the needs
of the various extensions, and if there are no extensions the list of panels
gets hidden.

now... who was going to write the documentation again? ;-)

it could also use with some testing and final scrutiny ... but i've been
staring at it too long now ... new eyes to spot the innevitable oversights
are welcome.

take care...
