Hi all,

I am just building up the catagories of questions that will go in the Question 
API. I am trying to decide on the different catagories that we will need. I 
have got them down to the follow:

	- Profile (who the person is, d.o.b, caree etc)
	- Preknowledge (how much they already know abut computers)

That covers the general knowledge, status of the person - then there can be 
the following catagories for different types of questions:

	- General (using the desktop, adding shortcuts etc)
	- Networking
	- File Management

If you guys could fight it out and ssee what catagories would be best I will 
add them to the API.
