I find the "Only grab window containing cursor" checkbox to be clumsy. 
Personally I would just have "Grab: " label followed by a pulldown with the 
option "Whole Screen"/"Single Window". Now it's very clear what you are 
choosing between. Remember, this kind of app isn't likely to get used often, 
therefore the user isn't going to have any time to learn how the GUI works. 
(Unlike a mail app, or an office app...)
