The document does highlight something important, though:

The behavior of the clipboard will change substantially from QT/KDE 2 to 
QT/KDE3.
Selecting text no longer copies to the clipboard, it copies to the PRIMARY 
buffer, and doesn't get pasted unless you use MMB.  IMHO this is great, but 
shouldn't we put in some kind of notification to users that the clipboard 
handling has changed?  Perhaps somewhere in Klipper or in Kandalf's tips?  It 
might save a fair bit of frustration by users used to the old way.
