Is it pretty certain that we'll use this system?  How easy is it to edit the 
look and feel of the form page?

When I look at it I find the interface sort of confusing.... there's a lot of 
buttons and widgets described by words I'm not too sure of.  

Also, the screen is too wide for my browser, so it brings up the dreaded 
horizontal scroll bar.  I usually view my browser at about 800x600 (roughly; 
I never maximize my browser windows).

Other than that it looks promising!
