Can I just chime in to agree with the usability guys. I don't think a menu 
bar will clutter the interface. Actually, because almost all apps have it, it 
tends to be less noticeable than the two buttons. Also, the help button is a 
"?". This actually looks rather strange and is not necessarily easy to use.
