Thanks for the kind offer of managing this section.

As you are quite new to the list, I was wondering if maybe this might be
a lot of work for you, particularly as you are learning PHP. We would
not want to burden you too much.

If you would like to start with something a little more managable at
first, it might be a good idea. There is *lots* to do still. :-)
