Hello kde-solaris,

  i am new on this list and hopefully my problem isn't already
  discussed yet.

  if i tried to compile kdemultimedia-2.2/mpg123_artsplugin, the
  following error occurs :

  c++ -g -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/usr/local/kde/include/arts
  -I/usr/local/kde/include -I/usr/local/qt/include -D_REENTRANT
  -D_POSIX_PTHREAD_SEMANTICS -DUSE_SOLARIS -DSVR4 -I/usr/local/kde/include
  -I/usr/demo/SOUND/include -O2 -fno-exceptions -fno-check-new
  -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DQT_NO_COMPAT -DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST -c
  mpg123PlayObject_impl.cpp  -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/mpg123PlayObject_impl.o
  mpg123PlayObject_impl.cpp: In method
  `Arts::mpg123PlayObject_impl::~mpg123PlayObject_impl()':
  mpg123PlayObject_impl.cpp:321: aggregate `union semun semdat' has incomplete
  type and cannot be initialized
  mpg123PlayObject_impl.cpp:323: confused by earlier errors, bailing out
  make[1]: *** [mpg123PlayObject_impl.lo] Error 1

  Here some information about my environment:

  Solaris 8 (10/00) on SunBlade1000
  gcc-2.95.2
  glib-1.2.8
  automake-1.4
  autoconf-2.13
  libtool-1.3.5
  gmake-3.79.1
  flex-2.5.4a
  binutils-2.11.2

  already compiled and installed without errors:
  kdelibs-2.2
  kdenetwork-2.2
  kdeadmin-2.2
  kdeartwork-2.2
  kdegraphics-2.2
  kdegames-2.2
  kdebase-2.2
  kdetoys-2.2
  kdeutils-2.2

  anyone with experience about this type of errors?
  (unfortunately the answer is not 42)
