i ran out of time to configure and build the gdm smf scripts.

kdm *is* built, but it will not work from dtlogin, you have to use gdm.

i can build the gdm smf scripts and test them this week, then i can upload 
them as a separate package.

meanwhile you can still enjoy KDE from dtlogin. ;-)
