KDE having splited packages have no effect on KOffice having splited packages. It 
is perfectly possible for KDE to a splited scheme while KOffice remains 
monolithic. The concensus among KOffice developers, for now, is that we stay 
with a non-splited KOffice for the time being. Decision that will be reevaluated 
later if needed, possible and desirable.
