The only thing I'm scared about is non-techie people, which I'm used to work with (in KDE) on a daily basis. Infact, they can barely use SVN, and some of them just because there's esvn to back them up. We also have some great contributors (like Nuno Pinheiro) who are also dislexic and have huge troubles in using the command line, and for them is certainly a no-no. For those people SVN is already really extremely complicated, they won't use more than 3 commands and their workflow should remain the same, if we want to keep them happy and productive within KDE. I think that for a successful migration we should really setup the repos in a way that they will really be able to use git as they use SVN right now, just with a different prefix, or with another graphical application to help them. That's what definitely scares me most, more than accountability, even.
