No, it's not the responsibility of the app developer.

It's the responsibility of whoever here in the name of this release service team says \
"yes, we will include it in the release", searching at the emails regarding Elisa in \
this list I'm not even sure we had a proper discussion about including it (the email \
thread i can find is for some reason cut), but hey I'm not opening that can of worms.
