Hey,

so kwallet in 5.18 regressed badly with commit
1d0bec904dd78ff21d1d68e9c3e363ad1a77f7ed and results
in kwallet being blocked after getting started from PAM;
all requests to it time out. I've pushed a fix in [1] and it
was suggested by couple packagers that kwallet should
be re-releasd with the fix as it is quite a critical bug.

So I'd like to suggest to release kwallet-framework 5.18.1
asap.
