Who can do that? Do I need to file a sysadmin request, maybe?

Are there scripts in svn where we can add this ourselves, to prevent the 
"let's hope dirk reads this" situation? :-)

Ideally projects.kde.org should be used in these scripts, in fact, so that it 
happens automatically.
