I tried sending this to r-t through gmane, but it hasn't appeared yet

As far as I know, the rcgen code generator in kdelibs master has been 
changed to generate code that does not break kdepim < 4.7, even after the 
changes introduced in SDO 0.7.

I didn't try it myself since then.
