Yes, I think Albert is correct.

Dirk, in 4.6RC2 please do not include the kdepim translations with kde-4.6-l10n.

Also, I forgot to include the document translations in the kdepim-4.6beta3 tarball.
I'll try to do better in kdepim-4.6beta4.
