Actually RC2 had a bunch of problems in Plasma (widget
explorer breakage, unreliable widgets-in-systray and the
broken/black panels without compositing thing), and there
was a lot of work done in the Oxygen widget style that
missed RC2, so another test release would be in order
imho.
