Well, it appears from the bug comments that this does not qualify, 
but on the off chance that it does, I'd like to see this addressed:

However, if it's not going to happen for 4.2.0, that's at least 
somewhat understandable, but it raises another concern:  is there
going to be an unavoidable dependency on PolicyKit for this?
If so, that's going to be a problem for us, at least for now...
