No, instead announce that everything in kdereview at the 7th 23:59 GMT can benefit \
from a special shortened review period in kdereview. 

Apps/libs could then move to the final destination from the 18th to the 20th 23:59 \
GMT. So the freezing and tagging can continue as usual and planned on the 21th. If \
someone raises concerns on kcd, than it's game over and try again for 4.2.

No reason to delay Beta1 IMHO.
