at least kcharselect is a great improvement and well working tool compared =
to=20
the kde3 version. so even without an official maintainer atm, i realy=20
wouldn't see the point of getting rid of it.

apps that have bitrotted (e.g. the ones that don't compile or are horribly=
=20
broken) can be moved out, but things like kcharselect should stay.

they also make great recruiting targets, so it is good to at least identify=
=20
them so people can pair themselves up with them.
