This would be the ideal world. But even kdelibs has code that does not=20
have any active maintainer, and I'm sure that is true for other code in=20
other modules.
If the application works, doesn't have any serious reported bug, there=20
is not need to move to unmaintained. I'd actually be sad if such thing=20
happens.=20
Of course if it doesn't even compile, it is unusable or such and nobody=20
cares about it, it can be moved away.
