Oh, and I cheated, and since it was easy, I stuffed this into F10's
kde-redhat/testing repo as well.

It's not here, do I just need to wait for mirrors to update?

http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/9/x86_64/unstable/RPMS/

Was looking for a mirror for the latest amarok since it doesnt appear to
have landed at my normal mirror and found a possible mistake. Is completely
unrelated to the missing amarok but at
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/mirrors-unstable amongst the
expected mirrors i found:

http://apt.uk.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/$releasever/$basearch/stable

Had a quick glance at the other mirrorlists and they seem correct.

newer kdepim-4.1.3-1, kdeutils-4.1.3-1.1 are in kde-redhat/unstable.
