Fwiw, I can confirm kde-4.1.1 landed in updates-testing yesterday.

I'm doing kdeutils/kdepim-4.1.1 F-9 builds for unstable now, to appear 
shortly.

Thanks for the info Rex. But it still doesn't help me much as I will not be 
adding updates-testing to my sources.list.d as I don't want to upgrade the 
packages on my computers with testing software.

Yes, both kdeutils-4.1.1-1.fc9.1 and kdepim-4.1.1-1.fc9 should be in 
kde-redhat/unstable now, you'll need those to avoid conflicts.
