qt-x11 (subpkg) comes from qt component.

Comment #1 there (from me):
Just and fyi, haven't had much chance to look more, but kde-4.0.98

Kevin Kofler has heroicly id'd the offending upstream commit that triggered the \
problem, and produced a quick-n-dirty to fix it (short term). So, looks like we'll \
be pushing these to unstable soonish.

Long term, a better fix needs to be had, but for now, happy happy.

That's great news :)

One slight problem though, update fails here this morning:

Transaction Check Error:
 file /usr/share/icons/oxygen/32x32/actions/appointment-new.png conflicts
between attempted installs of kdepim-4.0.98-1.fc9.i386 and oxygen-icon-
theme-4.0.98-1.fc10.noarch

Also kdebase-4.0.98 seems missing.

Cheers

OK Rex, update went smoothly now. KDE-4.1 rc1 is looking good :-)

The same here, it is becoming a real improvement over 4.0.5.

I notice that the stable RPM for RHEL4/i386 is kdenetwork-3.5.8-8 but it's \
kdenetwork-3.5.9-2 for RHEL5/i386.

Did 3.5.9 not build for RHEL4? Did I miss some mail explaining this?

I'd bet the reason for this is either accidental or oversight. Either
way, my bad. I'll work to get a rhel4 3.5.9-ish build spinning asap.
