   1. kmail html mail handling (Tim Wunder)

It seems that kmail 1.9.6 (kde-3.5.6) is broken in the way it handles HTML
mail.

I had an HTML formatted e-mail that was stored in my Drafts folder, when I
double-clicked to edit it, all that I see is what looks like random ASCII
characters, similar to how a binary attachment would look when viewing the
message source.

Also, when forwarding an HTML, all the HTML formatting uprears to be lost, and
the layout of the forwarded message is broken.

The first issue is new to kmail 1.9.6. The second issue is slightly different
than the way I recall kmail 1.9.5 handled forwarding HTML mail. I believe it
used to lose the HTML-ness, but it would still keep the text formatting
fairly sane.

Anybody else noticing this?

Thanks,
Tim
