As a followup, it was pointed out to me at FUDCon that kde already has
included, a tool/binary named: kde-config (duh, I new that!) (:
so, I'll be pushing changes soon to rename it (with appropriate
Obsoltes/Provides, of course), to kde-settings

To be clear, when I said "rename it", I was refering to the kde-config and
kde-config-kdm rpm *packages* that contain settings/defaults, not the
kde-config tool included in kde.
