kdebluetooth is in our (kde-redhat) repositories already.

Yes, it is (still) pending review:
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/186452

The review has hit some snags (selinux issues mostly), that admittedly
are mostly waiting on me to address/fix.  Frankly, I'm finding myself
lacking the time (and motivation, since I currently don't use bluetooth)
to give this one the love and attention it needs(1)

(1) That's a subtle hint that I'd be ecstatic if someone else would be
willing to take over submission/maintainership of this for Extras.
